Episode 3 of season 2 is a continuation of my conversation with Amy Shearer.
In this episode, Amy shares her perspective on breathwork. I appreciate her balanced, grounded, collaborative and integrative approach. It honors everything I believe is important about healing work, and corrects an early experience I had with breathwork and my response to the extreme enthusiasm I've experienced from people who have life-changing breathwork experiences and think everyone else should, too.
She shines some light on variations that can be made to the 3-part holotropic breath, and gives some examples of clients using less than 10 minutes of gentle breath to successfully move gratitude, peace, bliss, and joy through their bodies. I loved this conversation and I hope you do, too.
